Releasing a report card of the UPA regime on the occasion of its third anniversary, the PM reports that the government is ready to create one lakh jobs per year for the disabled with a salary limit of 25 thousand per month and has earmarked 1800 crore for the puprose.

I hope he keeps his promise.

But nowhere is it mentioned about how the govt. will keep its promise and implement the same.

This is good news for the disable people and very much helpful to physically challenge people. I hope this scheme will actually implemented because the politician makes lots of statement at the time of election and forget most of them afterwards.
