Dear friends,

Please read below information and take care for yourself.
Very useful.

1) Don't put your mobile closer to your ears until the recipient answers,
Because directly after dialing, the mobile phone would use it's maximum
signaling power, which is: 2watts = 33dbi. Please Be Careful. Please use
left ear while using cell (mobile), because if you use the right one it may
affect brain directly. This is a true fact from Apollo medical team.

2) Do not drink APPY FIZZ . It contains cancer causing agent.

3) Don't eat Mentos before or after drinking Coke or Pepsi coz the person
will die immediately as the mixture becomes cyanide. Please fwd to whom u
care

4) Don't eat kurkure because it contains high amount of plastic if U don't
Believe burn kurkure n u can see plastic melting. News report from Times of
India

5) Avoid these tablets they are very dangerous
* D cold
* Vicks action- 500
* Actified
* Coldarin
* Cosome
* Nice
* Nimulid
* Cetrizet-D
It contain Phenyl-Propanol -Amide PPA, which Causes strokes, and these
tablets are banned in U.S.

6) Cotton Ear Buds... (Must read it)

Please do not show sympathy to people selling buds on roadside or at
Signals. Just wanted to warn you people not to buy those packs of ear buds
you get at the roadside. It's made from cotton that has already been used in
hospitals. They take all the dirty, blood and pus filled cotton, wash it,
bleach it and use it to make ear buds. So, unless you want to become the
first person in the world to get Herpes Zoster Oticus (a viral infection of
the inner, middle, and external ear) of the ear and that too from a cotton
bud, DON'T BUY THEM!
Kindly forward this information to all your known or even others too.

A Father was reading a magazine and his little daughter every now and then
distracted him. To keep her busy, he tore one page on which was printed the
map of the world. He tore it into pieces and asked her to go to her room and
put them together to make the map again. He was sure she would take the
whole day to get it done. But the little one came back within minutes with
perfect map. When he asked how she could do it so quickly, she said ,'Oh..
Dad, there is a man's face on the other side of the paper.. I made the face
perfect to get the map right."" she ran outside to play leaving the father
surprised.

The way to come out of ignorance is a definite understanding,
a definite knowledge in the mind,
that my body is undergoing change all the time,
the world is undergoing change all the time,
the entire universe is in a state of fluidity and it is all full of change
and it is going on on its own, according to its nature.

Stiffness Gets Slapped!
In life, any time you become stiff---and there you get a slap! Become soft; smile there. Any stiffness, life just smoothens it out, evens it out, in you.

Feverishness
When feverishness clogs your head, your mind is not clear; a poetry cannot dawn on that. If there is feverishness, any creative thought will not come.

How big is your mind?
One single thought in the mind can restrict your awareness, the totality of awareness. How big is your mind? How vast is your life? There are so many things in life. One small, insignificant thought, insignificant thing, can clog and cloud your whole awareness.

Hard to get
When an attraction becomes a little difficult to attain, then love begins to happen more. And when it becomes a little difficult to capture love, possess love, then devotion starts happening. Just reflect on this.

The Enemy of Love
Worry is enemy of love. You cannot be in love and be worried at the same time.

The Glory of Waking Up according to the Ayurveda

Pick what you like from the following steps of the waking up process
or perform all these daily rituals if you can :

1. Upon awakening one hour before sunrise sit up in your bed.
2. Check through which nostril your breath is flowing more strongly.
3. Observe the lines in the palms of your hands. Rub the fingertips
with your thumbs in a circular soothing rhythm (right clockwise
circles, left anticlockwise circles). With the fingertips rub the
palms. Then turn the right wrist clockwise and the left wrist
anticlockwise. First kiss the palm of that side of your body where the
flow of breath is stronger, then kiss the other palm. (Kissing confers
energy. By kissing your palm, you give your best vibrations to your
most effective tool for self-expression. ) Rub both hands together and
move the palms slowly over your face, covering head, shoulders, arms,
and legs, creating an energy shield which wards off negative
influences for the whole of the day. You may also learn this
protection mantra that belongs to this simple but effective morning
ritual :

KAR AGRE VASATE LAKSHMI
(in the front part of the hands, i.e. the fingertips, lives Lakshmi,
the goddess of wealth)
KAR MADHYE CHA SARASVATI
(in the middle part of the hands, i.e. the palm, lives Sarasvati, the
goddess of art and of learning)
KAR MULE VASATE GOVINDAM
(in the end part of the hands, i.e. the root or wrist, lives Govindam,
Lord Krishna)
PRATAM SHUBH KAR DARSHANAM
(it is auspicious to see the hand in the morning)

4. Sit silently with an empty mind for a few moments.

5. Step out of the bed and touch the ground with the leg first that
corresponds with the side of the body where the breath is flowing
dominant (check nostrils!).
6. Urinate or defecate or vice versa depending on the nostril
activity, without staying too long in the bathroom.
7. Rinse the anus with cold water. Water is an electrical conductor
and can never irritate sensitive tissues.
8. Wash hands thoroughly, wash face, rinse mouth and eyes with cool water.
9. Clean nose, teeth and tongue.
10. Make some faces in front of a mirror to get rid of early morning
seriousness.
11. Take a short, slow walk in the fresh morning air.
12. Surround yourself with simple and soothing visuals, preferable
white items, avoid all disturbing visuals and people.
13. Concentrate on some fresh and fragrant flowers with subtle colors.
14. Sit by a fire.
15. Relax - do pranayama until Sushumna is activated (the breath will
flow simultaneously equally strong through both the nostrils). About
10 minutes before sunrise Sushumna is naturally activated.
16. Concentrate - do tratak exercise and clean the eyes afterwards.
17. Meditate with the eyes closed, center your energy in the heart
chakra or at the third eye.
18. Do some physical morning excercises.
19. Massage your body with oil on lunar days, i.e. Monday, Wednesday,
Friday and Saturday.
20. Bath your body from top to toe while humming.
21. Comb your hair with a wooden, silver or gold comb.

How To Squeeze The Most Out Of Your Time by Brian Tracy

How do you start your day? Years ago I started planning mine by writing everything down I would have to do, the night before. I found that drawing up your list the night before prompts your subconscious to work on your plans and goals while you sleep. When you wake up, you feel ready to tackle your challenges.

When prioritizing and planning your time, consider the following points:

• Key questions.
What is the highest value-added action I can do?
What can I, and only I, do that I've done well before to make a difference?
Why am I on the payroll?
The answers to these questions help identify all that needs to be done and in what order. That, in turn, will bolster personal productivity.

• Values.
Decide what's important to you, and in what order. Make sure your values don't conflict with work. Energy spent worrying diminishes your abilities.

• Consequences.
Every action has consequences - good and bad. Consider what rewards you'd reap by completing a task. Then, compare those rewards with the consequences of putting it aside. This process makes it easier to see which goals have a higher value.

• The Pareto Principle.
Vilfredo Pareto, a 19th-century engineer, argued that 20% of what you do accounts for 80% of the value. When considering the importance of a task, ask yourself whether it's among the 20% that creates the most value.

• Urgency vs. Importance.
An unexpected phone call or a drop-in visitor may be urgent, but the consequences of dealing with either may not be important in the long run.
The urgent is other-oriented, it's caused by someone else. Important things are self-directed and have the greatest value for you.

• The Limiting Step.
Standing between you and what you want to achieve is the limiting step. That's the bottleneck that determines how quickly you can reach your goal. It's important to identify that step and focus single-mindedly on getting that one thing done.

• A Written Plan.
Lists of goals, tasks and objectives are of no help unless they're written. Putting your plans on paper makes a seemingly elusive goal more concrete. There's a connection that takes place between the brain and the hand. When you don't write it down, it's fuzzy, but as you write it and revise it, it becomes clear.

• Visualization.
See yourself doing what you need to get done. Visualization trains the subconscious to focus on completing tasks. Say, for example, that you want to begin each morning by exercising. Visualizing yourself doing sit-ups and push-ups the night before conditions the mind to do those the next day. When you prime you mind, it wakes you up even before the alarm clock goes off.

Remember, you are a winner and preparation goes a long way in helping you achieve all your goals.

Drashtridrushyayoho samyogo heyahetuhu :

This means that the cause of suffering is when the seer becomes one with the seen and forgets one´s true nature.

Forgetfulness of one´s self is the root cause of pain. The self becomes one with the objects that are all around the self. This is because of lack of perception. You think "this is me".

Then the problems begin.

Whatever you think of as more important becomes the cause of suffering. So, when you see the difference, then the seer separates from the surrounding you will ask yourself, "What is all this?"

When is there Ego?

1. When you don't get attention.

2. When you seem to be losing attention.

3. When you get attention (Laughter).

Ego causes heaviness, discomfort. It doesn't let love flow. Ego can be
transcended by knowing the Truth; by enquiring "Who am I?" Often, your
attitude towards one who has ego is of contempt or jealousy. But rather
you should have compassion, or even pity, isn't it?

There is also a positive aspect of ego. It drives one to do some work. A
person will do a job either out of compassion or out of ego. Most of the
work in the society is by boosting the ego. But in Satsang, work is done
out of love. Ego is separateness; non-belongingness. It is wanting to
prove and to possess.

And when you wake up and see, there is nothing to be proved and nothing
to possess, ego dissolves.

"Don't build your house on the sand in the summer."

Why do we need that advice?
Because it is important to be realistic.
In the summer, you've got to think storm.
You've got to think rocks as you enjoy the sand and sun.
Think ahead!
