Hi,

It is lazy,lazy morning, I did not want to get up and face Sun. It is election day. Now that EC has announced, they are not in a position to stop candidates money, The offer here is Rs.1000, Quarter of Rum, And chicken biriyani. They should give more money to the disabled lke Conveyance allowance, standing in te q ue should be compensated. And Reimbutrsement of chanda paid to the parties. totally a party should pay atleast Rs.5000/, A bottle of Scotch of choce, And a free dinner ticket retaurent like mcdonalds.

Well Vote For any ommetoday but dont forget to demand money. Please don't feel shy

Hi.

Very good morning. The Elections is over. We have got UPA again and as a special frien the young rajiv gandhi. Let us welcome them. We request  then to have aseparae minister for state for the disabled.There is a lots of talk among the miistries to avoid disabled candidate, We request them to take care especilly in finanance and customs.

The last time performance is below te level in MSJE and CCDP. The Ministry is mainly focussed on SC/ST s. But this time they should take care of UN Developments, revision of PWD act. Adoption of special school certificates for higher studies.

I request  a disabled to be made the state minister, so that he can understand our problem and struggle.

The cost of import assistive devices are exorbitive, the government should waive off the taxes and duties.
There should be a scholorship for  disabled to study abroad/ India
Enterpreenorship schemes for the disabled with tax net free for longertime
Income tax full waiver
Please offer the PSU disabled people with a decent conveyance allowance, of course promotion confusion removed and properly implemented

Hi,

Good Day. Time for IPL and fixed thrilling matches. I had just watced an old woman neighbour of me who had been nice had a stroke about a month back. The family consisted of disabled daughter and husband. I was totally shocked when the lady was sent to a old persons home. think of the thank less disabled(polio) daughter, she had no feeling for the mother who had raised, and got a quota in railways, who used to run here and there for her kid.

Is this the end for the disabled income less persons? we are talking so much about the disabled persons, she should be kicked out of the job and made to beg like so many children we see on the roadside. The old woman's silent cryng makes me really sad. I pray to God she finds human beings to share her old age. There no disability pension to have secured life

Hi,

How often the Disabled are victims in the office politics? Almost daily I think. Our Despatch clerk is partially blind, does not get allowance.Almost he complains to the couriers to come in time, neither the officer concerned nor the couiriers are bothered . Daily He gets a bunch of letters to despatch Only at 5 30 his leaving time. When I inyermened the officer concerned told me it none of my business.

This week I became the victim, There is a claim file totally fraudulant, The Divisional Manager was on tour, I am the seniormost officer here (More Senior than The Divisional Manager, because I am disabled, I am not DM), I refused sign it. The officer got upset, that his trick has not worked.

There is Assisatant Exams listed next week, for which I have to collect the Applications. He told SC/ST unions I am refusing to accept application even on the last day. Well, I being Iyer and brahmin, It created a mess, By the yime I proved my Innocence, I lost all the interest in National.

This is the way we survive, we are not troubling any body, we dont disturb others, The why do the others think that we can be made easy scape goats. I truly speaking I ust want to beat the officer senseless, .

Hi,

Good Morning. I have put sick leave for whole week i.e home sick. The PC is out order and the new Flat minitor is on repair, Don't buy samsung 20" monitor, it is gone in 2 months out to repair.I have been given a spare monitor because it will take a month to repair it.

Ok. The New Ministers have sworn in, I know Mr.Napolean from his movies and a student of St.Joephs, Trichy.But, Unfortunately no 100 days plan announced for the MSJE. The Things are assumed no changes for the disabled.

I have put a complaint against my Company in CCDP for quota promotion. Let us see if The Government honours quota for disabled or we are orphans. All the friends asked me "why are you trying the quota promotion, if you prepare well you wiil pass it. youare an iyer and not SC/ST"

It means we are not to demand our quota, Why is it so? For namesake only the quota exist.Mr. Napolean will ypu please answer. Are we disabled are not eligible for quota? the why the Govenment decleared it.

Are we deserted like Orphans with no rights? Please answer.

Hi,

Goodmorning. Dad is out of station. Happily I slept till 7. Another day of my homesick leave. I am wondering why we are orphaned. Kennady's saying comes to my mind " Success is a ^^^^^^^, Failure is an Orphan. Frankly we have failed and create an awareness, that we have also achieved so many things, but forgot to create an awareness about our disability. I  have often seen in our own profile, so many people saying no to "Are you disabled question". why should we be ashamed of saying we are disabled. Similarly,including myself talking that I can walk,talk and do normal thing trying to hide my disability.

Why? We are disabled, why do anyone feel shy about it? If we can't cross the barrier or say mental block, we are not going to be united. Have we got any Union, Association in national level. But we  yearn for quotas and benefits from the Government. We do not have any Dr. Ambedkar, to understand our difficulties. We are alone, We do not have the ears and eyes, and voice of the Ministry .  Well we are truely disabled . Accept it as a fact, before we star to ask for any benefits.

Are you ready?

Hi Guys,

Things seems to be going smooth for ax-s-blity. now facebook, the start of te membership for a association. I truly wish we are united. good luck Sachin, Vikas and Shivani. Today my kid asked me for a scooty. I went around details of of the license for the documents required fr a driver. When I enquired he assumed that i am the driver and told me that I am not eligible for a LMV license without asking.

Sometimes, The Government is an Idiot, Stupid and all mixed into one . Can we see one rash driver who is handicapped? can we see that two wheeler converted into three wheeler going zing. Then all the accidents create disabled or death.

The transport department should restrict licence issuing and warning to young kids and totally drunkards. Tell me one lorry driver whose license canceled because he killed and creashed. What is warning marks in the license.

Where as we the disabled have to beg the Fat arse bereaucrats, about license. Let their kid became a disabled before they realise, our fate.

We Want License, But not the license to kill like druggists.drunkards, and stupid kids

Hi,

Good morning . As usual Office is boring and with surveyors and claims Files. I had changed my walking stick to a simple walking stick. I don't know how the people react to the changes, Instead of all encouraging me they are advising not use new stick, as I may fall.

When a person becomes disabled, he loses his independance, and need the help of others to overcome his mobilities. But always in his mind is the effort for improvement. We have seen wonders happening ,because of it. But the mind needs self confidence, and no discouragement from others.

My project started with  getting independant inside the house, Of course hip fracture happened in 6 months. It again took 2 years to be indpendant of others inide the house. Inside house I never use a stick.

Second is travelling,  for me it was walking to the bus/ train and climbing it. It went smoothly I stayed alone in familiar hotels alone.

Then the Exercise Cycle Did the wonder for me. To lift my right leg and almost walk normally. today I am happy to roam around streets cross the road climb empty bus to ride home, of course with  a stick. Physiotherapists all I met has told me, mobility will not improve after two years.

So friend dont lose your heart, and say "Ham Honge Kaam Yaab"

Dear Mr Iyer,
       Being independent is a mere state of mind. I laud your efforts on trying to be self dependent and am sure you will achieve success. However, one thing all of us must keep in mind; do not stretch your body beyond a limit. Trying to over achieve can get us into more trouble than we can possibly handle.

       I initially was quite averse to using crutches in public but soon realised the importance of balance in public and started using my crutches. Then the feeling of being incomplete . I came across persons who would not remove the prosthesis even at home and keep it on whole day. Why? No! I don't like to take it off. One must remove it. Give rest to the stump, wash it and keep it dry for some time, then apply some oil to keep the skin supple. Once the oil is soaked in only then wear the limb.

      Being practical and taking decisions with out involving emotions is very important when it come to the issue of independence.

Hi,

I am totally fed up with the law and disability. On paper it promises Heaven for disabled and implementation? is stupid. First of all We should blame ourselves for under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empwerment, The ministers are happy and the parliament is happy if the SC/ST problems or sorted out.

Tell me one Point out PWD has been implemented fully.? We are beegars to believe the MSJE. Recently I wrote a complaint about my difficulties with my company with CCDP. The Online Regaistration is Fraud.t does not work. Then I phoned them they said they have not received my complaint. So I was forced post by courier. After 15 days of folowing they acknowledged verbally the complaint has been received. Suddenly they sent a sms to me saying that the complaint has been forwardd to the respondent with a copy to me. Even if they sent by snail mail i would have received it by now, as it is about a month.

Then I approached a delhi lawyer(of course delhi is the only place to receive PSU complaints) to check it up with email copy? of the details? to him. The complaint was I was harrased for two years to give conveyance allowance. there is no quota as claimed by law of govt, Sudenly only last moment before the promotion exam they announce that 3 rd attempt in the promotional exam , we will be givena crs. Wel to my surprise the lawyer started discouraging me and no follow up with CCDP. He is keenly saying that law has no value. He simply ignores my email.

This is surprise friend, We do not have any law protecting us. Very sad

NOW A CHANGE IS REQUIRED FOR DISABLED PEOPLE. PEOPLE AROUND THEM THEY HAVE STARTED TREATING US UNTOUCHABLE. WE HAVE BECOME THE HARIJANS. BT ALAS NO GANDHI OR DR.AMBEDKAR IS OUT THERE FOR US TO EVEN ACCEPT US AS HUMANS . THE NOW THE MAJOR FIGHT IS BETWEEN THE BCCI AND MODI AND TAMASHA BETWEEN THE SHIBU SOREN AND BJP, THE NAXALS MAY BE WRONG TO KILL THE POOR POLICEMEN, THEY SHOULD TARGET THE POLICY MAKERS, THEN THE THINGS WILL IMPROVE FOR THEM. FOR US THE DISABLED, THERE IS NO CHANCE TO TAKE THE ARMS, WE ARE NOT CAPABLE, SO WE HAVE TO FIGHT AS MAHATMA WAY, BUT FOR UNITING US THERE IS NO WAY. THE GOVT IS MAKING HUE AND CRY OF WOMANS QUOTA, AT THE SAME TIME TRYNG TO STOP EVEN 3% QUOTA, IGNORED GENERALLY BY THE PSUS AND STATE GOVERNMENTS. WHATEVER THE GOVT EMPLOYYES GET AS BENEFITS AS DISABLRED. PSU DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER. NOW MY OWN COMPANY NATIONAL INSURANCE CO LTD, WHICH I SERVED AS FIT PERSON NOW WANTS TO KILL ME TO HIDE CERTAINS FACTS. THIS IS THE TRUTH WILL THE DISABLED WAKE UP
