WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR PERSON WITH DISABILITIES AT MPHASIS AN EDS COMPANY: TRANSACTION PROCESSING OFFICER (TPO) BETWEEN 13th and 16th APRIL 2009

We are once again launching a special drive to increase representation of persons with disabilities in MphasiS an EDS Company. The positions are for two non-voice processes:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The job entails transaction processing.    

REPORTING:

The TPO will be reporting to the Unit Manager.

POST CONSTRAINTS:

The position requires Data Analysis, Claims Handling, Data Processing. Restrictions are therefore applied to persons with visual disability.



PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

AGE: 18 & Above

QUALIFICATION:  

10+ 2 or Graduates (in any stream) with less than 3 years of experience

10+2 in Commerce Stream with 6 months full time experience or Fresh Commerce Graduates

SKILLS: Average Communication in English and Good Comprehension in English, Basic Aptitude - Numerical

TYPING SPEED: Min 30 Words Per Minute and Basic Computer Skills

FLEXIBILITY: Willingness to Work in Night Shift

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Personal Interview  
Aptitude Test of 60 Minutes Duration (Comprising of Verbal, Numerical and Analytical ability)
Typing Test – 30 wpm / 90% accuracy
PC  Test
A paragraph on Insurance
Essay with less than 8 errors

DATE:  Monday 13th April 2009 to Thursday 16th April 2009

TIME:  9.00 A.M  to 3.00 P.M.

VENUE: MPHASIS BPO, 65/2, Bagmane Parin, Block A, Level 6, Bagmane Tech Park, Byrasandra, C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore – 560093

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Languages: English and basic understanding of English  - insurance/accounts  is essential
Remuneration: p.m. Rs. 6800 + incentives for Undergrads and Rs. 8600 + incentives for Graduates  
Transport: Transport [both pick up and drop] is applicable from Process training only
We would also like to encourage people with hemophilia, thalassaemia, dyslexia, etc. who are not mentioned under the Disability Act to also come for the interview and take advantage of the special drive

NOTE: TRAVEL / STAY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR OUT STATION CANDIDATES FOR ATTENDING THE INTERVIEW.
