This is a very good one !
very moving !
From A School Principal's speech at a graduation..
He said "Doctor wants his child to become a doctor.........
Engineer wants his child to become engineer......
Businessman wants his ward to become CEO.....
BUT a teacher also wants his child to become one of them..!!!!
Nobody wants to become a teacher BY CHOICE" ....Very sad but that's the truth.....!!!
The dinner guests were sitting around the table discussing life.
One man, a CEO, decided to explain the problem with education. He argued,
"What's a kid going to learn from someone who decided his best option in life was to become a teacher?"
To stress his point he said to another guest;
"You're a teacher, Bonnie. Be honest. What do you make?"
Teacher Bonnie, who had a reputation for honesty and frankness replied,
"You want to know what I make?
(She paused for a second, then began...)
"Well, I make kids work harder than they ever thought they could.
I make a C+ feel like the Congressional Medal of Honor winner.
I make kids sit through 40 minutes of class time when their parents can't
make them sit for 5 min. without an I Pod, Game Cube or movie rental.
You want to know what I make?
(She paused again and looked at each and every person at the table)
I make kids wonder.
I make them question.
I make them apologize and mean it.
I make them have respect and take responsibility for their actions.
I teach them how to write and then I make them write.
Keyboarding isn't everything.
I make them read, read, read.
I make them show all their work in math.
They use their God given brain, not the man-made calculator.
I make my students from other countries learn everything they need
to know about English while preserving their unique cultural identity.
I make my classroom a place where all my students feel safe.
Finally, I make them understand that if they use the gifts they
were given, work hard, and follow their hearts, they can succeed in life
( Bonnie paused one last time and then continued.)
Then, when people try to judge me by what I make, with me knowing money isn't everything, I can hold my head up high and pay no attention because they are ignorant. You want to know what I make?
I MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN ALL YOUR LIVES,EDUCATING KIDS AND PREPARING THEM TO BECOME CEO's ,AND DOCTORS AND ENGINEERS..........
What do you make Mr. CEO?
His jaw dropped; he went silent.

1) Never expect things to happen. Struggle and make things happen. Never expect yourself to be given a good value create a value of your own
2) If a drop of water falls in lake there is no identity. But if it falls on a leaf of lotus it shine like a pearl. Choose the best place where you would shine.
3) Falling down is not defeat, Defeat is when your refuse to get up.
OR
Success is not winning; success lies in not giving up.
4) Ship is always safe at shore... but is is not built for it
5) When you are successful your well wishers know who you are BUT when you are unsuccessful you know who your well wishers are
6) It is great confidence in a friend to tell him your faults;
greater is to tell them there one
.
7) "To the world you might be one person,
but to one person you just might be the world
Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort in your
life makes all the difference.

There are many notes to life.
Some are high and some are low.
And the melody they form may seem
Discordant to some.
But all notes can form a melody.
A combination, of lows and highs.
Telling the song you feel.
There is not right or wrong弯font>
Only what you feel.
Your heartstrings play.
Play the lows, Play the highs
Join them together
To form your song of life.
CREATE UR MELODY

An experienced & wise master grew tired of his apprentice complaining. One morning he sent the apprentice for some salt.
When the apprentice returned, the master instructed the unhappy young man to put a handful of salt in a glass of water and drink it.
"How does it taste?" the master asked.
"Bitter," spit the apprentice.
The master chuckled and then asked the young man to put a handful of Salt in the lake nearby.
The two walked to the nearby lake. After the apprentice swirled his
Handful of salt into the water, the old man said, "Now drink from the lake.."
As the water dripped down the young man's chin, the master asked, "Now How does this taste?"
"Fresh & Sweet" remarked the apprentice.
"Do you taste the salt?" asked the master.
"No," said the young man.
At this, the master sat beside the young man who so reminded him of
Himself at one time and held his hands.
He told the young man, "The pain of life is pure salt; no more, no less.
The amount of pain in life remains exactly the same. However, the amount of bitterness we taste depends on the container we put the pain in.
So when you are in pain, the only thing you can do is to enlarge your sense of things . . .
"Stop being a glass. Become a lake."

I choose to be happy.
I choose to live in a kind universe.
I choose to find things in common with the people that come into my life, celebrating our similarites and honoring our differences.
I choose to trust that this life isn't a random life.
I choose to reach out and help another, knowing I can make a difference, even though I may never witness the outcome.
I choose to pursue an honorable career.
I choose to believe we are all here for a reason, a good reason.
I choose friends who will restore me with support, joy and kindness and offer me the opportunity to do the same for them.
I choose to search for authentic meaning in my daily experiences.
I choose to welcome life's lessons.

People were created to be loved; things were created to be used.
The reason why the world is in chaos is because things are being
loved, and people are being used.”
A major life lesson that takes many people a whole lifetime to learn is that though material things are nice, the passion felt for material things and material wealth will never equate to how special loving someone and being loved by someone can make you feel. Someone who tries to fill a void in their heart by accruing more and more material items will never be as satisfied as someone who is willing to try to fill a void in their heart with loving others and being loved genuinely by others. Things like wisdom and knowledge are entities in the same as love, non-material wealth.
Things in our lives will always come and go. For example, a family full of love and full of material wealth can lose all of the items in their home due to any unforeseen circumstance. The bond shared between that family is not able to die so quickly, and despite any removal of material wealth, more than likely a strong bond between a family can never be broken. I say that to say, put your relationships first. Don't ever forget about loving those who you know you need to love, because you never know if/when you will lose the opportunity to.
