Thanks for your enquiries.

To be frank, till date there is no special reservation for people with disabilities in IT/ITES sectors in India.

However, these days with passage of time and due to the availability of various technologies, attitudes too are changing, though not at a fast pace.

There are companies who consider themselves equal opportunity employers .............. and if they are honest, in that case for them disability is not a determining factor when it comes to recruitment.

Also there are still some companies which employ people with disabilities as a part of their corporate social responsbility programs too.

You could consider checking up with equal opportunity employers like IBM, Infosys, TCS, etc.
