The Indraprastha college for Women in New Delhi  is a disabled friendly college. The college has built ramps all over the premises to facilitate movement of the physically disabled students from classrooms to library to canteen. They have also developed a section of dictionaries and books in Braille for the Visually impaired.

Now they are on the move to have disabled friendly hostel , equipped with amphitheatre, bank and a studio for mass communication.

Thomas,

You would have noticed from my earlier postings about FOD and their services. The vOICE, the magazine published by them is not  for free sale, As for as I knew from their website and their magazine one Mr. V.Krishnan helps a lot in providing financial and other types of assistance to FOD in bringing about VOICE.

The subscription can be made for one , two, five years. It is  biannualy published magazine. The subsription can be made by cheque/ bank OD/ money order in favour of "FAMILY OF DISABLED"and addressed to

The Editor,
The VOICE of FOD,
B-1/500, Janakpuri,
New Delhi 110 058

Regards
Srividyaa
