BBC Sport has claimed two trophies for its coverage of disability sport.
At its general assembly for 2007 in Seoul, the International Paralympic Committee presented its bi-annual awards.
This year's were based on performance at the 2006 Winter Paralympics in Torino, Italy.
These awards have several catagories including scientific achievement, sporting excellence and media coverage.
The Paralympic Media Awards 2007 honour members of the media who presented the highest quality and most dynamic coverage of the Torino 2006 Paralympic Winter
games.
The BBC Sport website picked up the award for best written content.
The IPC invited all award winners to attend the ceremony and Elizabeth Hudson of the BBC's disability sport team was in Korea to pick up the award on behalf
of the corporation.
Closer to home Britain's top British wheelchair sport stars were honoured at the 12th annual British wheelchair sports awards at the Madejski Stadium, Reading
on Saturday night.
The media award was presented to BBC Sport's Tony Garrett for continuing to set new standards and drive the coverage of disability sport at the BBC.
