SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES  - FILLING UP OF BACKLOG VACANCIES

BEML, a pioneering Heavy Engineering Company with Turn Over of  2600 Crores and poised to achieve 5000 Crores with ambitious plan for Radical Growth as part of BEML vision 2013, engaged in manufacturing Defence, Earthmoving and Construction equipments & Rail and Metro Coaches besides Engineering Design & Trading Business  and expanding its presence internationally,  is looking for (a) HR  Professional and (b) Finance Professional (exclusively for persons suffering from not less than 40% disability for Visually and Hearing Handicapped) for their manufacturing plants at MYSORE, BANGALORE, KGF  and Marketing & Service.

Educational Qualification & Post Qualification Experience :

(a) HR Professional -  Candidates should possess minimum 60% marks in MBA /  Post Graduate Degree in Social Work /  Personnel Management (2 yrs full time)  with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB.

(b) Finance Professional - Candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (ICWAI)

Posts :  Total No. vacancies - 9 out of which  5 reserved for Hearing disabled persons & 4 reserved for Visually disabled persons.


Age Limit :

Not more than 40 years.  SC/ST/OBC candidates will be given additional age relaxation of   (5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).


Emoluments & Postings :

Selected candidates will be appointed as Asst. Engineers/ Asst. Officers on consolidated emoluments of Rs.8000/- pm for the 1st year and Rs.10,000/- pm during the 2nd year, to be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs.6550-200-11350 after two years of satisfactory performance.

Candidates with 7/8 yrs post qualification relevant experience may be considered for the post of Asst Manager.


General

¨       Candidates employed in Government  / Quasi-Government / PSU should appear along with No Objection Certificate from their present

¨       Mere fulfillment of qualification and experience will not entitle the candidate to be called for interview

¨       Management reserves the right to relax the qualification & experience


Candidates who responded to the earlier Advertisement No. KP/S/05/2007 dated 21.03.2007 need not apply again.
