Hi.

I just came across this ad by delhi transport deptt. :Operation of Private Stage Carriage Services in Delhi Invitation for Qualification " You can  down load the details from http://www.dimts.org/tenders.php. I can not see any reservations for disabled people. May be The Forum/shivani/vic/sachin/swayam can take up with the Delhi Govt and help somebody to start on their own
