I am also a new member in this community, a student in BSc in University of Calcutta, and a polio victim, walk with caliper and crutch. I come to know about this community from Orkut and very much excited visiting it. I agree with Shree that our family members have a great importance in our bringing up. For me, the credit goes to my parents, they bring me up in such a way that I never felt myself a handicap, as they treat me as a normal child.
I also read Mahesh’s article and I think they come from the every days struggle just being a ‘differently abled’. I want more and more real life problems in your column.
Thank you,
Regards,
Sayan

Hello Sayan,
Welcome to the community.
I have just posted details of a photo contest that I thought you might be interested in.
