Applications are invited in the following regional language including Hindi for casual translators as on need basis.
Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu and Hindi.
ELIGIBLITY:
1. Graduate level education in the concerned language
2. Good knowledge of Hindi/ English and the concerned language
3. Desirable qualifications :Diploma/graduation in Mass Communication
4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in translation of Advertisements, booklets, posters etc.
FEES/TRANSLATION RATES
Rs.500/- up to 500 words and 50 paisa per word thereafter/ As per DAVP rate
PROOF READING:
Rs.60/- per thousand words and up to three proofs and
Rs.5/-per 500 words per extra proof
VETTING:
Rs.200/-for up to 300 words and 50 paisa per word after that
A test will be conducted by DAVP and written answer sheets will be sent to the third party/experts for evaluation.
The government officials need to apply though proper channel and also produce NOC from the concerned office/department.
Selected candidates will be empanelled against each language and will be assigned the required job as and when need arises.
The candidates can apply on a plain piece of paper giving their resume within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
