Vindhya Infomedia now has started a new initiative of a training center under a new banner called “Vindhya Cares”. We are starting the training batch from Monday the next i.e, 4th May 2009. It has been noticed that the trainings provided by the NGO’s have not been effective to a huge extent. Hence Vindhya now has recognized the need for quality resources and in the process Vindhya would get the resources trained to a required extent.

Following are the details of the training:
1.       Training is based on Basic English, Computers and Personality Development. All the trainings are activity based trainings and would be more on the job training types.
2.       The training duration is 3months with 5day week (Monday to Friday)
3.       After 3months of training and a skill test, we will absorb the candidates in our organization itself.
4.       We propose to charge Rs. 3000 which is a refundable deposit. The amount of deposited will be paid back to the candidates once they are absorbed into the organization in installments.
