When Government of India has passed an act of amendment for Equal Opportunity Protection of Rights, Full Participation Act 1995 especially for disabled people, then people in society turned down their views about progressive or developed ideas with disability community, thereby disabled people where facing heavy risks, harassments, life threats, hidden attacks etc in whole corners of the society like in government services also.
Many officers, who are looking very rigid and there views are very narrow about any disabled person / employee.
They can be treated rightly only by tact and laws.
Some other disabled employees including me are facing same in several department and we have got some success in same, but this fight is still continue until any type of discrimination and exploitation specially on the ground of disability will be remained at any level.
"any type of negative discrimination and exploitation on ground of
disability by any person / officer at any level will be punishable".
because by this revolutionary constitutional amendment, maximum type of discrimination and exploitation on the bases of disability at any level can effectively be stopped.
Therefore, we request all philanthropists and like minded social action authorities to look in to the matter for inclusion a new para on the above lines like : ANY TYPE OF NEGATIVE DISCRIMINATION AND EXPLOITATION ON GROUND OF DISABILITY BY ANY PERSON/OFFICERS AT ANY LEVEL WILL BE PUNISHALBE “
Hope to do the needful with concerned authority and make a please soul to the next generations itself.
With best wishes,
For the sake and welfare of disabled community
