Seven Dangerous Activities after a Meal
Don't smoke -
Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).
Don't eat fruits immediately -
Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.
Don't drink tea -
Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
Don't loosen your belt -
Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted blocked.
Don't bath -
Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
Don't walk about -
People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99.. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
Don't sleep immediately -
The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric infection in our intestine.

Correct time to take water, which will maximize its effectiveness in the Human body.
Two glasses of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs
One glass of water - 30 to 45 minutes before meal - Helps digestion
One glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower high blood pressure, improves circulation.
Never have a bath after meals. This wrong practice seriously affects digestion and is counter - productive.
One glass of water - One hour after meals - improves digestion and circulation
One glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack
Apart from the above timings, one is free to take water whenever one feels thirsty. Avoid drinking water just before, during and immediately after meals, as it neutralises the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the stomach and leads to bloating and indigestion.
Reach for a glass of water, instead of colas, carbonated drinks, tea / coffee / chocolate beverages / beer / wine / hard drinks, which are expensive and only leads to dehydration, headaches, feeling groggy the next morning, disturbed sleep and other complications / troubles.

What is high blood pressure or Hypertension?
India is going to become the hypertensive capital of the world with more that 118.5 million people suffering form this disorder. Hypertension is also called a silent killer because it is deadly and has no early significant symptoms.
High blood pressure or hypertension means high pressure in the arteries. Arteries are vessels that carry blood from the pumping heart to all the tissues and organs of the body.
Normal blood pressure is below or equal to 120/80 for young and upto 140/90 for elderly .Blood pressure of 142/92 or above for more that two occasions is considered high.
The top number, the systolic blood pressure, corresponds to the pressure in the arteries as the heart contracts and pumps blood forward into the arteries. The bottom number, the diastolic pressure, represents the pressure in the arteries as the heart relaxes after the contraction. The diastolic pressure reflects the lowest pressure to which the arteries are exposed.

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan to day to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, Body ache, Heart system, Arthritis, Fast Heart Beat, Epilepsy, excess fatness, Bronchitis Asthma, TB, Meningitis, Kidney and Urine Diseases, Vomiting, Gastritis, Diarrhea, Piles, Diabetes, Constipation, all eye diseases, womb, Cancer and Menstrual Disorders, (ENT) - Ear, Nose and Throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREAMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water... interesting!
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce Main Diseases:
· High Blood Pressure - 30 days
· Gastric - 10 days
· Diabetes - 30 days
· Constipation - 10 days
· Cancer - 180 days
· TB - 90 days
· Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life.
Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about H eart A ttacks:
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting.
Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

STROKE: Remember The 1st Three Letters... S.T.R ..
My friend sent this to me and encouraged me to post it and spread the word. I agree. If everyone can remember something this simple, we could save some folks.
STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
During a party, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. (they offered to call ambulance)
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.)
She had suffered a stroke at the party . Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today.
Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this...
STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster.
The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions :
S * Ask the individual to SMILE ..
T * TALK. Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (eg 'It is sunny out today').
R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS .
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
NOTE : Another 'sign' of a stroke is
1. Ask the person to 'stick' out their tongue.
2. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke.
A prominent cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it to 10 people; you can bet that at least one life will be saved, and it could be your own..

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2 . Overeating=2 0
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6 . Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells..
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

Divine energy
The effect of divine energy is such that it transforms all the negative tendencies in the mind. Whatever has been said in Yogasutras, “Tat sanidho vair tyaga, is very true – One gets free from the feeling of animosity in the company of truth, in the company of those who practice meditation.
Bring the child back
If we understand the rhythm of our breath, we are able to have a say over our mind, we can win over any negative emotions like anger, jealousy, greed, and we are able to smile more from our heart. I think we need to bring the child like beauty and innocence, that God gifted every human being, back into our lives.
Love + Wisdom = Happiness
We need to wake up to the power that we are made up of, that is love. Like our body is made up of amino acids, carbohydrates and protein, our spirit is made up of love. It is love that gets distorted and becomes all other negative emotions. It is wisdom which can keep love pure. Love without knowledge or wisdom is misery. Love plus wisdom is happiness. It is as simple as that.
Effortlessness
Effortlessness does not mean sitting idle. Lord Sri Krishna said in Geeta that you cannot be without doing any action even for a second. Keep on doing your karma and at the same time be the witness of your karma. This is very deep knowledge.
You are peace!
An event or an instance should be seen as just that — an event, an instance or a happening. But it sticks to the mind and you try to get rid of it. The event assumes importance and the mind is caught up in it — ''Oh! He said that, they said this, they didn't say this, etc.'' Once the event goes away, then you feel a sense of great relief. You suddenly discover peace inside you. Your very nature is peace. In the centre of you, you are peace.

The answer to our health problems lies in the very six letter word" ANSWER "
1. Air:Do deep breathing excercises and suggest in particular pranayams.I also recommend Sudarshan Kriya, patented and taught by the Art of living foundation.
2.Nutrition:Include lots of raw food like salads, fruits, ssprouts ,dry fruits etc in your diet.Avoid non veg items as much as possible.Ideally atleast fifty percent of our daily diet should be raw foods .
3.Sun shine:expose yourself to early morning sun for atleast twenty minutes. It is also suggested that surya namaskar is done as it is a wonderful excersise.
4.Water:Drink atleast eight glasses of water daily.there are some rules for water therapy too.
5.Exercise:The important of excersise is known to everybody.I suggest the simple and effective brisk walking for 45 minutes daily. This will keep obesity under check which is the root cause for todays life style health problems.Ofcourse one should eat wisely and eat to live and not live to eat. It should be remembered that the life line is inversely proportional to the waist line meaning that longer the waist line .shorter will be the life line and vice versa. .
6.Relaxation:Develop some interesting hobbies, listen to soothing music, spend some quality time with your family and friends. one may also learn the shav asana in which one can go into deep relaxation state quickly and effectively.

Years pass by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted entering our body. With time, the salt accumulates and this needs to undergo cleaning treatments and how are we going to overcome this?
It is very easy, first take a bunch of parsley (MALLI Leaves) KOTHIMBIR (DHANIYA)and wash it clean
Then cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot and pour clean water and boil it for ten minutes and let it cool down and then filter it and pour in a clean bottle and keep it inside refrigerator to cool.
Drink one glass daily and you will notice all salt and other accumulated poison coming out of your kidney by urination also you will be able to notice the difference which you never felt before.
Parsley is known as best cleaning treatment for kidneys and it is natural!

The contrast between the ups and downs in life is greater.
On a white cloth, even a small dust particle is clearly seen.
Similarly, when the mind becomes more pure, even small jealousy or anger is an irritant.
It is unbearable and you have to get rid of it quickly.
This is but quite natural. At the same time, you get the inner strength to endure situations.
