Reference is invited to

7.6.1 CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE TO PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES:

Physically Handicapped employees are presently paid a Conveyance Allowance at the rate of 1.85% of the

basic salary subject to the maximum limit of Rs. 200/- per month. Consequent upon revision in pay and

other allowances, there is a proposal to review the provision relating to payment of Conveyance allowance

to Physically Handicapped Employees. Pending such a review, a revision in this Allowance on the basis of

the revised Basic Salary may be kept in abeyance and status quo may be maintained.

As Disabled Indian I Got one-fourth Free Pass for, Railways with a Companion for any no of times. From Income Tax a Waiver of Rs.50000/- p.a.



As Disabled Tamilian I got one-fourth free travel in long distance buses, and waiver of professional tax.



As disabled Natioanal(ist) I got this paragraph in the administrtive instructions and Audit Recoveries



Take your own sweet time to get the allowance may be after I retire in another 9 years.



You are not bothered to recover from the Persons Converting Personal tour to official tours for attending marriages.





Since it has become policy to harrass and steal from disabled employees in the name of IA&AD recoveries, As a protest I do not want the rs.200/-  disabled conveyance allowance. You can stop the Rs.200/- allowance and recover from me as excess payment thru IA&AD department from Jan 2009.

You harrased thru IA & ID -  Branded me a thief and cheat and given my death sentence
You have not repled my rejoinder  - Making me a trouble creator
you removed my computer, email and acces to any computer and thrown me from my table - you branded me a untouchable

From now onwards I will work and you pay, I don't want your handicapped allowance, promotion, transfer, domiciallary mediclaim. news paper reimbursement, stagnation increment except monthly pay.

A person honestly working whether efficient or inefficient had bourne enough torure by managment, please don't touch my body  even if i die in the office
